Returns and Refund Policy

Considering the high hygienic standards that Bag Of Herbs maintains, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns of our Bags of Herbs and other products available on the Website as we cannot re-sell them to anyone else, or consume them ourselves.

Therefore we follow the aforesaid policy.

  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse return of those Bags Of Herbs where it is apparent or evident that the Bag of Herbs has been used, washed or soiled.

  • The returns are on the sole discretion of Bag Of Herbs and Bag Of Herbs may refuse such return where it is apparent or evident that the return has been made for reasons, which are not bona fide or in good faith.
     

Refunds

Refunds will be provided on the sole discretion of Bag Of Herbs. It should be noted that refunds are given in the rarest of rare cases, where

  • It is obvious that the item, as shipped and sent by Bag Of Herbs cannot be consumed in its natural state; and/or

  • The Bag Of Herbs has been found to be in a condition that is unacceptable to any human; and/or

  • The product sent by Bag Of Herbs is not in conformity with the order placed; and/or

  • The product if consumed, may be harmful to the health or person of the customer

 

The Returns and Refunds will be made in consultation with and with prior confirmation of the Quality Assurance Team, and if the Bag Of Herbs has been found to be within the terms of the Returns and Refund Policy, then we shall refund the money subject to fulfilment of Returns and Refund conditions.

Returns: Terms and Conditions

Bag Of Herbs does not take responsibility for arranging the return of the products. The product should be shipped by the customer at his or her own responsibility. The product should be unused, unwashed in its original condition along with its order invoice.

Damaged Bags Of Herbs

We put immense efforts into testing and certifying our Bags Of Herbs are protected in transit. However, sometimes, it is out of our hands. When you open a Bag Of Herbs, check that the Bag Of Herbs is not damages, or its products are consumable and in their best shape and quality. Else, mail us at bagofherbsin@gmail.com and attach a photo of the damaged product send us the pictures of the Bag Of Herbs or its contents. If the damage is within the Returns and Refunds Policy, we would ship a new product asap or refund your money, in terms of the Policy.

Missing Parts

If a part of your Order is missing, contact us and we shall help you in resolving and completing your Order. If the said part is found to be missing will ship the missing product asap.
