BEANS:-


Beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils, soybeans, peanuts, and alfalfa all of these legumes are essential in a vegan diet. These legumes are an alternative source of protein and fiber. They are high in lysine , which are mostly found in animal protein.



TOFU:-


One of the most delectable options offered in vegan diet is tofu. Tofu is made from soy milk and is also an amazing dairy alternative for people who are lactose intolerant. It is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. Tofu also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1. Tofu can be incorporated in your diet through various healthy and tasty dishes.



SEITAN:-



Seitan is a vegan meat substitute made from wheat gluten. It is high in protein and minerals and low in carbohydrates and fat. The texture and taste is similar to that of chicken and can be used in various delicacies and dishes. It is also a good alternative for soy based products.
