We all have tried to include nuts in our diet ,but did you know that their less coveted family member-seeds is more rich in nutrients and fiber? Seeds are a good source of dietary fiber with dense quantities of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals and energy present in them. It contains a lot of plant sterols which help reduce the risk of cancer.There are a lot of different types of seeds which if consumed proves to be beneficial for us .
