Spicy Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nuggets are everyone's weakness, and when added with BOH's Spices, the dish simply becomes irresistible. Easy to make and easy to eat, its very popular among the kids and youngsters! Enrich a boring evening or a party with this lip smacking dish.

Spicy Chicken Nuggets

Preparation/Cooking time/Servings :

Preparation – 30 minutes

Cooking time – 10 minutes

Total – 40 minutes

Servings – 2 adults

Ingredients :

For Chicken Marination -

  • Boneless Chicken 250 gms

  • Buttermilk 1 cup

  • Garlic Paste 2tsp

  • Ginger Paste 2 tsp

  • Salt ½ tsp

  • Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • BOH Thyme ½ tsp

  • BOH Schezwan masala 1tsp

For Nugget Coating -

Preparation :

Step 1 (Chicken Marination) :

In a bowl, add Boneless chicken, buttermilk, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilly powder, BOH Thyme, BOH Schezwan Masala. Soak it for 30 minutes.

Step 2 (Nugget Coating) :

Add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and blend it in one bowl. Take another bowl and add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, chilly powder, BOH Chilly Flakes, BOH Garlic Powder, BOH Onion Powder. Mix it well.

Step 3 (Frying) :

Take out the chicken from its marination. Shake off any excess. Dip it in the Egg Batter and then in the Nugget Coating. Repeat the process twice for each nugget. Fry it in high heat until brown and crispy.

Note : Chicken Nuggets go best with Ketchup or Mayonnaise.
