Spicy Chicken Nuggets

Spicy Chicken Nuggets
Preparation/Cooking time/Servings :
Preparation – 30 minutes
Cooking time – 10 minutes
Total – 40 minutes
Servings – 2 adults
Ingredients :
For Chicken Marination -
Boneless Chicken 250 gms
Buttermilk 1 cup
Garlic Paste 2tsp
Ginger Paste 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chilly Powder 1 tsp
BOH Thyme ½ tsp
BOH Schezwan masala 1tsp
For Nugget Coating -
Breadcrumbs 2 cups
Eggs 2
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 2 tsp
Chilly Powder 2tsp
BOH Chilly Flakes 1 tsp
BOH Garlic Powder 2 tsp
BOH Onion Powder 2 tsp
Preparation :
Step 1 (Chicken Marination) :
In a bowl, add Boneless chicken, buttermilk, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chilly powder, BOH Thyme, BOH Schezwan Masala. Soak it for 30 minutes.
Step 2 (Nugget Coating) :
Add 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and blend it in one bowl. Take another bowl and add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, chilly powder, BOH Chilly Flakes, BOH Garlic Powder, BOH Onion Powder. Mix it well.
Step 3 (Frying) :
Take out the chicken from its marination. Shake off any excess. Dip it in the Egg Batter and then in the Nugget Coating. Repeat the process twice for each nugget. Fry it in high heat until brown and crispy.
Note : Chicken Nuggets go best with Ketchup or Mayonnaise.
