Bag Of Herbs Som Tam Salad

Raw Papaya Salad is one of those dishes that can totally transport you to another place. Som Tam Salad as they call it in Thailand is a lip smacking bowl of sour, sweet and spice all in one. Refreshing, delicious and well super healthy, this one has stolen our hearts. A mouthful of this goodness and you can imagine yourselves being on a beach, enjoying some Mai Tai's with your food.


INGREDIENTS Serves : 2

  • Raw Papaya (Grated) 2 Cups

  • Carrot (Juliennes) 1/2 Cup

  • Red Capsicum 1/4 Cup

  • Peanuts (Fried) 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp

  • Chilly Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Chilly Flakes 1 Tbsp


PREPARATION

Step 1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Serve Chilled, with some Chilly Flakes sprinkled on top for that pop of heat, in an otherwise cooling salad.
