Oats & Chia Seeds Bites (sugar free)

We bring to you Laddoos for those who are avoiding sugar for any reason. Well, these are termed Laddoos only to have our brethren try them, and enjoy these bites

Oats and Chia Seeds Bites

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 25 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients Oats 1.5 cups BOH Chia Seeds 1/3 cup Cashews 1/3 cup Walnuts 1/3 cup Cranberries 1/3 cup BOH Sunflower Seeds 1/4 cup Almond 1 cup Clarified butter (Ghee) 1/4 cup Jaggery 1/4 cup Cardamom powder (Elaichi) 1/2 tsp Khus khus (Poppy Seeds) 1 tsp



Roast Oats for 5 mins and keep aside. Roast all the nuts, BOH Chia Seeds, BOH Sunflower Seeds, Khus Khus for 5 mins and keep aside.

Step2: In hot pan add clarified butter and jaggery. Once Jaggery is melted completely add in all roasted nuts & oats. Mix everything properly & add in cardamom powder. Let the mixture cool down for 15 mins.


Blend everything until it’s super crumbled and fine. Use your hands to shape them into bite size balls by pressing the mixture.


Store your super healthy and sugar free bites in air tight container.

Note : Any nuts can be added or avoided owing to allergies.
