
Potatoes & Peas in Masala Yogurt
Potatoes are probably that one thing every Indian loves to eat. Soft, pillowy when you bite into them with a slight hint of sweetness.... oh what a vegetable! We love you, Aloo. Potatoes are also that one vegetable which tastes good with everything, much like our Magic Masala that's such a hit with literally everything. So, we mixed the two together and made a delicious yogurt sauce to add on to a delicious mix of Potatoes and Peas.

INGREDIENTS
Baby Potatoes 20 tiny potatoes
Peas 1/2 Cup
Onions 2 Medium sized
Garlic 3 cloves
Curd 1/2 Cup
Magic Masala 2 Tbsp
Honey 1 Tbsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tbsp
PREPARATION
Step 1 Heat some Oil in a pan. Add in your Cloves, chopped Onions, peeled Peas and boiled baby Potatoes. Add in Salt and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
On the side, beat the curd, add in a Magic Masala and Honey. Mix and keep aside.
Step 3
Once your veggies are cooked, pour over the Yogurt Dressing.
Enjoy with crispy toasts!
