We all have moments where we are thisss close to giving into a craving. I usually have chocolate cravings and often I end up ordering a tub of dark chocolate ice cream.... but recently I found this quick easy and super healthy fix to solve my cravings. Tiny choc bites with dates, nuts and seeds - a powerhouse of energy and perfect for those midnight sweet cravings!
Pitted Dates 1 Cup
Walnuts 1/2 Cup
Cashew 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder 2 Tbsp
Flax Seeds 1 Tbsp
Step 1 Grind Dates, Walnuts, Cashews in a grinder/mixer.
Add in your Cocoa Powder and Flax Seeds to the mix.
Roll the mixture into tiny balls and dust some Cocoa Powder on top too if you love chocolate as much as I do!
