Choco - Quinoa Crisps

Did you ever eat a bowl full of Bournvita as a kid? Or maybe just Chocos without milk? Well I was nuts about it. Every afternoon after lunch, I'd quietly eat spoons full of Bournvita. Years have passed since I last did that but I still love yum mouthful of chocolate-y sweet crunchy-ness. So life took a wonderful turn when I discovered a way to make a healthy snack, that reminded me so much of those afternoons with Bournvita.

INGREDIENTS

  • Quinoa (cooked) 1 Cup

  • Cocoa Powder 2 Tbsp

  • Honey. 2 Tbsp


PREPARATION

Step 1 Start by cooking Quinoa. So I took 1/2Cup Quinoa, cooked it with 1 Cup water.

Step 2

Once done, add Cocoa Powder & Honey to the cooked Quinoa & mix well.


Step 3

Spread it onto a baking tray and bake it at 180° for about 25 minutes.


Step 4

Eat it as is or add it onto your bowl of Yogurt or Smoothies. Let it cool down before storing in an airtight container.
