Chilli Cheese Ramen

Even when you're all about eating healthy.... there's days when the heart craves for that packet of Maggi, Wai Wai or Ramen.

On those days, give yourself what your heart wants, cus what good is life if we don't enjoy what we put into our stomachs. And while you're at it.... add in some Cheese Powder in the mix too, cus that would make it truly a bowl of joy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Instant Noodles 1 Packet (I used Ramen, feel free to use any of your choice)

  • Carrots (julienne) 1/3 Cup

  • Onions (chopped) 1/3 Cup

  • Capsicum (julienne) 1/3 Cup

  • Sea Weed Nori Sheets 1/2 Sheet

  • Cheese Powder 1 Tbsp

  • Oil 1 Tsp


PREPARATION

Step 1 Prepare the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. While they're being made, add in some Cheese Powder too.

Step 2

On the side, sauté Carrots, Onions, Capsicum in some Oil.


Step 3

Serve with the sautéed veggies & roasted seaweed nori sheets on top.
