Banana Blueberry Smoothie

The chill in the air, the freshness as you walk down streets, it's almost winter. Winter's for me are all about having big mugs of Smoothies. I know I know, usually you'd drink this in the summer on a hot and sunny day.... but freshness that you feel after drinking a big glass of a colourful smoothie on a winter morning is just different. Kinda like taking a dip in the ocean in the middle of a cold night.


  • Banana 1 Big Banana

  • Blueberries 1 Cup

  • Water 1 Cup

  • Oat Flour 1/2 Cup

  • Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp


Step 1 Add in Banana, Blueberries, Water, ground Oats in a blender and blend it.

Step 2

Top it up with Chia Seeds!
