
Bag Of Herbs Zucchini Shroom Stir Fry
It's one of those days when you're not too keen on the dal-roti-sabzi, but lazy to cook up all the fancy yummy things... are you about to give in to the whim of opening Zomato.... For times when you feel like that , try making this quick & easy stir fry veggie bowl!

INGREDIENTS
Yellow Zucchini 1 Medium Sized (you could use Green Zucchini too)
Shitake Mushrooms 4 - 5 pieces
Bok Choy 3 leaves (depends on how much greens you'd like to eat)
BOHGarlic Powder 2 Tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 Tsp
Pink Salt 1 Tsp
BOHChilly Flakes(optional) To Sprinkle on Top
PREPARATION
Step 1 Wash your veggies and slice them the way you'd like.
Step 2
In a hot pan, add in some Oil. To that, add your Zucchini and Shiitake Mushrooms. Sprinkle some salt and cover with a lid.
Step 3
Check the veggies in about 2 -3 minutes, by now the mushrooms would have left their water content a bit. Now, add in the Bok Choy leaves (you could also use Kale or even Spinach leaves)
Step 4
Once you've added all the veggies, add the Teriyaki Sauce & Garlic Powder and cover it.
Cook it until the zucchini becomes nice and soft. All of it roughly takes about 5-7 minutes.
If you like, sprinkle some ChillyFlakes on top and enjoy with a slice of Crusty Bread. The best thing about this one, is that you can try it with any of your favourite vegetables. Whether it's potatoes and onions or even paneer/tofu. But honestly..... mushrooms, leafy greens and veggies in that delish sauce... cooked with the greatness that BOHGarlic Powder is for sure a yum dish!
