Tandoori Momos

With the winters setting in, every evening should be a Tandoori Momos evening, with some Soup, or an amber liquid in your hand!

Tandoori Momos
Preparation time 1.5 hours
Cooking time 20 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
For the Momos:
Frozen Momos 12
For the marinade:
1. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons
2. Curd 1 cup
3. Salt To taste
4. BOH Chilly Flakes To taste
5. BOH Tandoori Masala 2 table spoons
6. Chaat Masala To taste
7. Besan 2 table spoons
Preparation
Step 1:
Thaw the momos, and microwave them for 1.5 minutes
Step 2:
Add the ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, BOH Chilly Flakes, BOH Tandoori Masala and Chat Masala in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3:
Place the steamed momos in the prepared marinade and let it rest for an hour. Add the besan into the marination and mix well. Keep for another 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Now preheat the oven at 200*C for 10 minutes. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.
Step 5:
Arrange the marinated momos in the baking tray, and place them in the oven for 10 minutes until charred. Serve tandoori momos. Serve with green chutney/ mayo or sauce of your choice!
