Tandoori Cocktail Chicken

Preparation time 5-6 hours

Cooking time 50 minutes

Serves 5-6

Chicken (700-800 gm)

For the marinade:

1. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons

2. Curd 1 cup

3. Salt To taste

4. BOH Chilly Flakes To taste

5. Turmeric Powder To taste

6. BOH Tandoori Masala 2 table spoons

7. BOH Cocktail Masala 1 table spoon

8. Kasuri Methi To taste

9. Coriander Powder To taste

10. Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

Step 1:

Add all the ingredients for marination, including BOH Tandoori Masala and BOH Cocktail Masala in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2:

Add the chicken to the bowl and marinade entirely. Pierce the pieces using a folk to ensure proper marination.

Step 3:

Leave for a minimum of 4-6 hours. If you plan to leave it for longer, you can freeze it. For best results, marinade the chicken one night prior to the meal.

Step 4:

Now preheat the oven at 250*C for 10 minutes. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.

Step 5:

Arrange the marinated chicken in the baking tray, and place them in the oven for 30 minutes until charred.

Step 6:

Use a spatula to turn the pieces of the chicken, to ensure it is well-done. Set it back in the oven at 250*C for 20 minutes. If you feel the chicken is quite charred already, feel free to reduce the temperature to 200*C. Serve with mint chutney and onions!
