Pesto Sauce Pasta
Preparation time 20 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
BOH Quinoa 1 cup
Split Moong Daal 1/2 cup
Shredded Cabbage, diced potato & tuver 1 cup
Green & red bell pepper 1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger paste 1 tbsp.
Green chili paste 1.5 tbsp.
Salt To taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Peanuts 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 6-7
Mustard Seed 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Add oil in pressure cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste, chili paste & chopped garlic, peanuts and all vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Once vegetables soften, add all the dry spices & salt. Stir everything till all the spices combines nicely.
Add in 2.5 cups of warm water. Let the water boil and add in washed BOH Quinoa and split moong daal. Give 4 whistles
