Pesto Sauce Pasta


Preparation time 20 minutes

Cooking time 10 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • BOH Quinoa 1 cup

  • Split Moong Daal 1/2 cup

  • Shredded Cabbage, diced potato & tuver 1 cup

  • Green & red bell pepper 1/4 cup

  • Chopped Garlic 4 cloves

  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp.

  • Green chili paste 1.5 tbsp.

  • Salt To taste

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

  • Peanuts 1 tbsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 6-7

  • Mustard Seed 1/4 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Preparation


Step1:

Add oil in pressure cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste, chili paste & chopped garlic, peanuts and all vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.


Steps2:

Once vegetables soften, add all the dry spices & salt. Stir everything till all the spices combines nicely.


Step3:

Add in 2.5 cups of warm water. Let the water boil and add in washed BOH Quinoa and split moong daal. Give 4 whistles


Step4:

Serve this delicious Quinoa Khichdi with Kadhi and Pickle
