Soya chunks are a crispy and protein-rich snack. This Peri-Peri soya chunks masala recipe is an easy, healthy, and tasty side dish. When you are on diet, there is nothing worse than getting stuck with a craving. Satiate your stomach with this yummy snack instead!
Soya chunks (Meal maker) 1 cup (small-sized)
BOH Peri Peri 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Oil as needed
Boil 3 cups of water. Switch off. Add soya chunks and allow to rest until they soften.
Squeeze all the water from the soya chunks.
Marinate it with BOH Peri Peri, chili powder, and salt for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in pan/kadhai and add marinated Soya chunks. Saute it well until it turns dark in color. This is probably the key step in this recipe.
Add a dash of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
