Updated: Mar 17, 2021
Inspired by the Indonesian fried rice Nasi Goreng Nasi Goreng is the authentic Indonesian fried rice, which is a little sour a little sweet and absolutely
deli-cious. But made using a slight twist with BOH Magic Masala, do I say, BOH-licious? It makes for a perfect quick & easy one pot meal that I like to call my bowl full of yummy!

Ingredients (Serves 1)
Cooked Rice 1 cup
Chopped Onion 1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic 2 cloves
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
BOH Magic Masala 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Preparation
Step 1 Heat oil in a skillet and add in the garlic and onions. Let it simmer on slow until the onions turn golden brown. Step 2 Add rice to the onion and garlic. To that add soy sauce + brown sugar + BOH Magic Masala and mix well. Step 3 On the side break upon an egg and make a sunny side up. Step 4 Serve with the sunny side up & garnish with some fresh parsley. Originally the Nasi Goreng rice is served with some fried crisps and cucumber slices. The freshness of the cucumber cuts right through the sweet & sour fried rice. BOHn-appetit!
