Bag Of Herbs Krishna Kanhaiya Chaas
The summer heat has us all craving for something cool to drink. Whether it's with meals or as soon as we get back home after a long, hot day..... a nice refreshing drink to cool ourselves down is just what one needs. Now, a few years back I'd be the one to quickly open up a bottle of Pepsi or chug down a tetra pack of that Frooti.... but no more no more! Mostly because, there's always this big jug of Chaas/ Lassi in the fridge... sitting there all chill, to make me chiller. haha. For those of you who don't know what Chaas/ Lassi or Buttermilk is ... it's an Indian delicacy prepared in different ways using Milk/Curd and some spices. Every city has it's own version and they all taste just lovely. Here's our version of Chaas, which we like to call 'Krishna Kanhaiya Chaas'.
