Hummus
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
1. Boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
2. BOH Chilly Flakes ½ teaspoon
3. BOH Basil ½ teaspoon
4. BOH Parsley ½ teaspoon
5. Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
7. Water ¼ cup
8. Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
9. Salt To taste
10. Green Olives ¼ cup
11. Garlic Cloves 2
12. Crushed black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Preparation
Step1: In a food processer, add the boiled chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, BOH Chilly Flakes, BOH Basil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt and crushed black pepper. Process the ingredients.
Step2: Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve paste-like consistency.
Step3: Take the hummus out in a bowl and garnish with BOH Parsley. Serve with Pita bread and a side of green olives.
