
Bag Of Herbs Cucumber Chia Cooler
With Summer kicking in I find myself craving a nice cold drink in between meals. This refreshing Cucumber Chia Cooler is spot on to quench that thirst.

INGREDIENTS
Cucumbers 6 Medium Sized
Lime Juice 2 Tbsp
Honey 1 Tbsp
BOHChiaSeeds 1 Tbsp
Fruit & Mint Ice* 2Cubes
PREPARATION
Step 1 Soak in the ChiaSeeds in a bit of water for roughly 30 minutes.
Step 2
Blend in peeled and cut Cucumbers in a mixer.
Step 3
Once done, strain it and add in the Lime juice and Honey and mix it.
Step 4
Now add in the soaked ChiaSeeds and top up the glass with Fruit & Mint Ice *To make Fruit & Mint Ice--- just add in tiny pieces of your choice of fruit and mint leaves with water/coconut water in an ice tray.
